OBJECTIVE /
Create the brand identity for East End Music, a website that caters to promoting dance music, namely house and techno within the Asian region. Develop their online presence and the assets used for their website.

APPROACH /
Working closely with the founder, I developed the brand identity and naming for the East End. The name itself serves to highlight its focus on the music from its core countries within the eastern Asian region: Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, China, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam and Taiwan. The brandmark represents the idea of convergence, like two arrows pointing to each other, as the website serves as a portal for artists in Asia to connect and collaborate with each other. Also, the form of the brandmark is inspired by Chinese chops, serving as a way of making a mark within dance music in the area.

In addition, I have also created templates for the assets used in the website as well as online marketing materials for various events and podcast shows.
